Starwood Preferred Guest - Question re: SPG AX Bonus points

This is in reference to receiving 15,000 bonus points if you spend $15,000 in the first 6 months.

Does anyone know where I can find out how much I have already spent and what the date the 6 month period ends?

I called AX but the guy didn't know what I was talking about so he really couldn't help (do they outsource to India?).

The race for the 15,000 bonus *points starts when you open your new account IF you were properly signed up and validated for that particular promotion. So just start adding up your monthly statements. It ends in the sixth month after you open the account. I don't know how picky they are about the day or if it is the end of your sixth billing cycle. I wouldn't run it down to the wire. Hope this helps

The amex website will have your last 6 months of statements and your current month.
