Travel Technology - MacBook Air

I need to (OK, want to) replace my traveling computer, which is a HP TC1100 tablet -- but I never use the tablet part, just bought it because it was small and light.

MacBook Air looks interesting. 80% of what I do when traveling is web based (firefox with some plugins that are available for mac) and the other 20% I can do with parallels or VMFusion. This will be my first mac notebook, though I do have a mac mini at home.

This is computer will be primarily used when traveling, so weight is important. It won't replace my desktop system so I don't need tons of power/graphics/disk etc.

Any thoughts on the MacBook Air from the Mac folks here?
