Hiya
I have a silver card which on the V website I needed another 4 tier points by 31 Dec 07 - however this is still showing on the website, ie.e hasn't converted back to Red (but I have received the red card in the post)
Does this mean It's just not been updated online?
When I click on Your Tier points it says:
Tier Points Towards Silver Renewal.
You need 4 Tier Point(s) by 31-Dec-07 to renew silver membership.
GOING FOR GOLD
If you want to get to Gold membership you'll need to earn 40 tier points in a rolling 13 month period (e.g. 01 Jan 2005 to 31 Jan 2006). See how close you are to Flying Club Gold on the calculator below.
to 31 Jan 08 = 34 tier points
HOWEVER when I use the drop down to select another month (e.g. April 08 it still = 34 tier points). It only changes to 40 tier points when I select Jan 2009!!!
Please advise as i'm confused.
