Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - HK Express given flight rights to Shanghai, Beijing

Shanghai Express was designated the third airline from HK to serve Shanghai and Beijing (after CX and KA), article says they're planning to launch two daily services to each city. No specific dates, but said sometime in the spring 2008 service will start.
