It's the second option - Take part in our survey.
It's very interesting in terms of you can see who they are really benchmarking themselves against and on what criteria (hint, they want high scores for lounges).
Check out the brand statement too.
HKG here I come? :D

Double posting is not allowed based on FT T&Cs.
The thread basically dealt with CX issues and would have been more appropriate here at the CX forum rather than elsewhere even if it is Oneworld in question. It would have been better if you posted the original thread here and pointed people to this rather than elsewhere.

I dont know if the brand statement I got is the same for everyone, but it was basically saying that CX admits their hard product isn't that great, but it's made up for by it's service.
Well since the service is deteriorating as evidenced by their new FAs, what is left for CX?

I hope that people are honest with them.
Their brand statement is fine, I don't think that they are willing to put the resources into achieving the 'brand' sentiments.

Well, that was a bit of an ordeal! 20 minutes? Pah!
It will be interesting to see what a 'Hong Kong Package' turns out to be though.
If previous experience of a CX prize is anything to go by, winning may very well be even more of an ordeal that entering :td::td:

I couldn't get the form to open up to full size. It was very difficult to answer the questions.

As a researcher I would say that thats a really badly designed questionnaire tool. I would hate to analyse the data from that one.

I found that hitting F11 seemed to do the trick, although I admit that I'm using a 'normal' resolution screen. This might not work on widescreen.

I do hope that you clicked the radio button admitting that you're a researcher :D
I agree completely though. I hope there's plenty of budget for the production of meaningless graphs!

Was it just me or did it not collect any contact details for them to get in touch should i happen to win......
The mission statement was awful, read like someone had found a great big box of buzz-words in a cupboard somewhere and had emptied them all onto the page.
Also, suggesting you'll make your customers "feel like somebody" slightly suggests you think they're nobodys but will try not to let that get in the way....

I must not have finished either. Frustrating! Spent a fair amount of time on that (less than great) survey and didn't get to enter anything where I have a chance at winning.
