SAS EB got my vote for best award: 15.000 points time-limited trip to Beijing (and the similar offer to the US).
On a side-note I just remembered how years back I used to vote for SAS in the "Best Web-site" category, and how today I'd be tempted to vote for them in a "Worst Web-site" category based on their terrible booking engine and almost certain faulty Web-site support when they offer special awards like the one mentioned above.
Luckily I find that once you figure out that you have to call "SAS Internet Support" (Not EB support !!) you can get around most of the web-site problems with the assistance of some generally very service minded people - YMMV.
Based on this I've also voted for SAS EB in "Best Customer Service".

I voted for EB in that category too!
I must say that I like the website in general (the international that is) because the info there is good. I havent used the bonus booking engine that much but its a lot better since they introduced the prognosis thing ;).
The problems they have is surely the lack of bonus seats. It's a pitty, I have booked some bonustrips and at the same time normal (low) fare tickets for my family. If no bonus seats is available - then I look for other carriers.

I have also taken advantage of the special offers to SEA and ORD, and have given them my vote, but the Internet site is so bad, it's disgusting. I would also recomend to everybody, that if they run into problems with the website, call Internet Support. They are very good at putting things right, and always very polite. But overall, the service from SAS and EB support has gotten a lot worse over the last couple of years.
Internet Support has also promised me that they will change the website, so that we could see the booking class or amount of bonus points pr ticket before the final purchase. It existed very shortly, but has disappeared again. This alone is such a pain, that I would never consider SAS for "Best Customer Service". Hopefully next year.

I miss that too when booking tickets online to see the points I earn, but that is not the Eurobonus website is it? ;) Why did they remove it? Do you have any clue why there is so many diffirent booking engines on SAS webiste, do you know?

Time again and I LOVE to vote!! Have you voted yet - if not do it! Eurobonus got my vote this time in some categories, mainly because of 100% earnings in Economy and the nice reversed points auction they had on SAS facebook ;).
