Korean Air Skypass - Does KE have to spray insecticides....
When coming into Seoul or Sydney?? I just realized that is something I have forgotten but it could basically kill me if I am not prepared for it. I will have my meds and a dr. note at hand. Still if I know in advance I can prepare for it and keep the effects to a minimum

I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you asking do they spray disinfectants on aircraft, passengers, and baggage upon arrival to Seoul and Sydney? If so, then the answer is definitely "no". All deplaning passengers in Seoul pass through a temperature screener to look for anyone with an elevated temperature but otherwise I'm not aware of any unique procedures to combat infectious diseases.

It's not KE that does spray, but AQIS, Australian customs, does. AQIS randomly picks flights for spraying, so you would never know which one would get sprayed. FYI, None of flights, that's not limiting to KE, into Seoul get sprayed.
I am sorry I should probably rephrase that. Some countries (and I was almost sure AUZ was one of them) Require FA to release Insecticide into the passenger area before the doors are opened to reduce the chance potentially dangerous insects being transfered. It is the active ingreadiant in the insectiside that I have a problem with. The trouble is this stuff is absorbed via the lungs, eyes and skin. After a chemical accident about 10 years ago I am now highly allergic to it and if I am not prepared for it - I could find myself in the next ICU.
I have had this on a flight from Africa before but I presented my Dr. note to the cabin chief before boarding advising him of the problem. An hour before landing I started my meds and during the spraying process I was under a blanket at the very front of the aircraft. That way I was the first off the plane and due to the blanket I kept the amount of direct contact down to a minimum.
