Asia - Super Bowl broadcast in Asia

A couple of threads in Thailand and Taiwan threads inquiring re broadcast footprint of playoffs and SB. So asked my friends at the NFL:


Singapore: starhub basic cable on goal tv (all playoffs and sb live and
delay)

Malaysia: astro basic cable sports channel (all playoffs and sb live)

Indonesia: astro pt direct vision on goal tv (all playoffs and sb live
and delay)

Taiwan: chunghwa mod iptv (all playoffs and sb live and vod)

HK: pccw now tv, tvb pay vision on goal tv, atv terrestrial (everything)

China: smg (iptv, digital cable, gsports) live and delay, cctv5 on delay


All territories can watch delayed games on cnbc.



Forgot to ask about Korea - if you're in hotel and it gets the old armed forces network, gotta assume they'll have it.

Vietnam - not sure but caught it live last year at Daewoo Hotel in Hanoi.

Thailand - check thailand thread for complete details - on True Vision, T4 channel.

It will be on True Sports 4 in Ho Chi Minh City.

I was just about to post this question to the forum. I'm going to be in Luang Prabang and desperately want to see the superbowl.

Is there any chance that I can see it there? Do they have satelite television? Perhaps the NFL will show the game via the internet - though Laos must have a slow connection.

I'm not hopeful but thought I'd ask anyway!
