Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Flight overbooked/cancelled - How about the Club Miles?

Suppose you are holding one of the J/C/I/D/Y/B/H/K/L/M/B/V class ticket, CX flight cancelled/overbooked and they protect you to:
1. AM members but not OW member (eg. MU)
2. non-AM/OW (eg. TG)
Do you still have Club miles/sector credit for the above? Do they automatically credit your account or you need to apply for it?
Never happened to me, but I think I recall reading somewhere that you should mention at the time of them rebooking your flight so that it will credit correctly with club miles.

I am confused about your question. Club miles and sectors are for MPC members only, not for the programmes you mentioned.
When a flight is cancelled, there should not be any Club sectors and mileage credited until the alternate flight is taken. However, if CX puts you on a different airline, I suppose they should credit you the miles/sector anyway.
I am uncertain whether CX will do IDB (or even VDB) to MPC members on overbooked flights. At least I was never asked even when I heard they asking others for VDB on the same flights.

Back to 2004,when I was a Asia Miles Member, I was offloaded to CX271 J from CX255 Y. They finally credited 5761 miles to me instead of 5983+150 (to MAN). I should call them to amend it,however I forgot to do so that time.
there's once when I was doing HKG-LHR-CDG day time flight but HKG-LHR was delayed for some 6+ hours and I would need to overnight in LHR, they didn't really proactively offer any rebooking options themselves but I said arriving CDG the next morning isn't an option for me at all, but they kept saying there's not much option. So I took out my laptop and use my Star/oneworld/Skyteam/etc downloaded timetables to look for options, found an LH connnection HKG-FRA-CDG same day, and asked them to rebook me on that one (I was on full J so I can endorse freely anyway). I grabbed the last J seat on HKG-FRA (would have lost it if I wasn't quick enough to identify that options myself) - I was given $100 breakfast coupon at HKIA while waiting for LH check-in to open + CX F lounge pass based on my original CX flight (I was AA EXP but not CX DM at that time) + full Club credit / AM credit (but I asked proactively for this - from my experience they don't do it by themselves if you don't ask).

Sorry that I confused some of you. May be I should say in this way:
Suppose you are holding one of the J/C/I/D/Y/B/H/K/L/M/B/V class ticket on CX flight, but the flight was cancelled/overbooked and they offloaded you to:
1. Another flight operates by AM members but not OW member (eg. MU)
2. Flight operates by a non-AM/OW airlines(eg. TG)
As MPC member, with do you still have Club miles/sector credit for the above? If so, do they automatically credit your account or you need to apply for it?

CX used to have OAG travel planner on their website for MPO members, as of Jan 1, 2008 this has been discontinued - anyone know of another way of using OAG (for free) or another program with same or better functions?

Kinda OT, do they only offload you to another flight on BHKMLV tickets when flight is being CANCELLED/OVERBOOKED? I was on a 23 hr delay and never had they blinked to offloading (us). Or is it just I hadn't asked?

Delay does not result in offloading, but you can ask CX to put you on another flight. They may or may not accommodate that, or they may put you on a flight you do not want to be on.
