Asia - Intenet kiosks @ TPE?

Does TPE have internet kiosks (on the secure side for transit passengers), so I can whip of a quick email or three?

There are some free internet computers several places airside. Just ask at the information counter where is the closest. One of the duty free store chains provides the service complimentary at several locations.

or go to the CI lounge and get as close to the dor as you can as use the password CIVIP, could be civip or CIVIP123 or civip123

I saw these at TPE T2 last week. They're available but get a lot of use (none free so I went to the CI lounge).
