Hi,

I fly to Australia a bit and currently have about 60,000 FF points with Qantas, and am silver on One World. My question is - is it possible to use these points with another One World Airline? Most specifically AA...and if so, how?

I don't think it is and can't find any info anywhere, but thought I'd ask. Cheers guys. ^

You can use your points to purchase award flights with OneWorld and other partner airlines, however you cannot use your points to upgrade sectors on carriers other than Qantas.

Welcome to FT and the QF forum jeffers! Your QF points can be used for an award ticket on any OW airline plus a few others. Either book online on qantas.com or call Qantas to book the ticket (there is a 2500 points surcharge for this).
As Traveloguy has said, you can use your points to get a ticket, you can not use them to upgrade on OW airlines. This is only possible on QF.
