Has anyone booked through them? I finally bit the bullet and booked our CVG-LON tickets this morning and when the email confirmation came through it showed as a succesful booking but the price wasn't guaranteed until our tickets are received which will be sometime in the next 48 hours.
I'm a little concerned that there will be an increase in price that we haven't agreed to and we will be stuck. If anyone has done this or knows anything I would appreciate it.

We were amazed at the great prices they are offering on flights from UK to Kuwait, so we booked with them yesterday. I got an email almost immediately saying that they could not verify my CC details so the tickets have not been bought, and I need to fax them a bunch of documents to prove my identity. My CC is not a US card, so this is no great surprise in a way. However, my bank is pretty good and they SMS me whenever my card is used outside Kuwait so that I can pick up any fraud immediately, and I got 2 SMS messages immediately yesterday saying my card had been debited twice in the USA for certain amounts. These amounts appear to be Lessno's charges, so it is clear that they have no trouble debiting a card when it is for their charges, but they can't debit it to secure your ticket? Interesting......and not very good. If they think the card might be being used fraudulently, why are they taking their charges??

Interesting, I'm glad to see that they are verifying the card though. I'm not sure why it was done that way. We just got an email this morning with our tickets at the confirmed price so it worked out well for us. It is a little nerve wracking to book a flight and not be sure that your price will stay the same.
Good luck with yours.
