I purchased a ticket for my GF from CX website and use my Citibank CX Visa that suppose should credit me with double mileage, but I am using a comp ticket for this trip. Would CX still credit me with double mileage in this case though I am traveling together but with different PNR?

No - you only get the double miles if the name on the ticket matches the name on the credit card.

(And it's double miles on the purchase price - i.e. 1 AM per $4 rather than 1 per $8 - not on the mileage of the trip)

From my experience she'll get the 1AM/$4 miles...

My experience is the opposite. When I used to buy tickets online for my wife using a Citi/CX credit card with my name on then no-one got extra miles. Now she has a supplementary card on the same account (i.e. all details the same except the name) amd uses that then she gets the extra miles in her MPC account.

I don't quite remember my previous experiences...but my understanding is that the cardholder has to be one of the travelers in the same booking...but once this condition is fulfilled, then the cardholder will get the double credit card miles for the whole transaction, including the price of the other tickets for other travelers in the same booking, and not only his/her own ticket.

This is also my experience.

My experience relates to flying separately (unfortunately).

I know what you mean, but I've used my dad's card for my tickets while he didnt travel (at all). I've got those double miles. I was bemused for a second but then I'd happily accept those miles.
