what is checkmytrip.
i went to site and is says to enter AMADEUS reservation number...what is that?

checkmytrip.com is a great site that allows you to check up on existing airline reservations. you can also get real-time seat assignment charts.
to use it, you have to have an amadeus system reservation number. i don't know if all airlines have one, air france does, delta doesn't appear to.
