I do not have my own business. Can I get a Business Card somehow to get the miles ?.

Read through the Flyertalkers experiences in the "New AA Mastercard" thread to learn how they got the AA Business Mastercard. It depends on what airline you want to accrue the miles on too. Or you can get a partner card (e.g. Starwood, Amtrak) for which you can accrue points to be transferred into miles. Gary Steiger's site is pretty useful for this info.
