Try DBS Black AMEX, although they need you to spend at least 3000 HKD before giving out any bonus.;)

1. the AE plat CREDIT card (different from plat card) offers 10x points up to a spending of 50k for the first 3 mths. Assuming you exercise it all .. you spend 50000 bucks to get 41666 Miles.. a little over a mile a dollar hkd. $1600 annual fee- non negotiable.
2. Standard Chartered is offering 100,000 bonus points as a welcome offer for their Plat Visa. spend 4800 to unlock offer. that comes out to 8333 miles. No annual fee
