Las Vegas - Grandview at Las Vegas vs The Cliffs at Peace Canyon
Grandview at Las Vegas vs The Cliffs at Peace Canyon
Interested to know if anyone has been to both properties and which property they would recommend, and why, to a couple in their 80's that plans to spend 4 weeks to escape the winter.

I have stayed at Grandview and driven past Cliffs.
My personal recommendation would be Grandview purely because it has a casino right next door.
Even if the gambling is of no interest, the easy access to dining and entertainment (cinemas, bowling, etc) make it an easy choice for me.
Cliffs is in the middle of a residential area with nothing within walking distance and at least a 15 minute drive (rough estimate) to any shops and restaurants of note.
I would expect accommodations at both properties to be similar as they are owned by the same company.
