Yea, some of the comments are ridiculous...but the guy's story is pretty ridiculous too. I am always annoyed by toddlers in business class, but this totally sounds like something an inexperienced CX crew would do. Toss in the fact that none of the FAs regularly fly together, and that the J FAs are usually pretty young, and you get this - a numnuts decision by CX staff which just reflects bad on the airline and delayed all the pax heading to that guy's final destination.
