This is apparantly another budget chain in France that appears to have very good prices along the lines of F1 / Etap. It looks like the rooms have en suite bathroom facilities, which is a plus.
Anyone stayed in one of these? Are the beds fairly comfortable, or is this an instance of 'you get what you pay for'. I'm looking around CDG for pricing, and these come out to 30 euro/night (as opposed to 219 euro / night at the Hilton, for example). Gotta be within walking distance to a train station.
I've used them once in a while when driving through France. They are OK just to get some sleep, and I prefer them over F1 because of the en suite bathroom. But the rooms can get pretty depressing sometimes... :-)
Beds are about the same quality as in F1 and Etap (but I haven’t seen any rooms with a 3rd “bunk bed” as in F1/Etap).
Don’t know anything about the one at CDG.

We stayed at the one located at Paris Nord II in October 2007. We spent our brief trip driving in the Loire Valley and just wanted an inexpensive place to stay before our flight the next morning. We just happened to be in France during the World Rugby Cup so inexpensive rooms were hard to find.
Since we had a car, we did not use the hotel's shuttle; parking was free. The RER station is also nearby. There are lots of hotels in the area including the Hyatt. We stopped there to use the facilities and ask directions. There is a Hippopotamus Restaurant just steps from the hotel.
We had requested a room with a double bed and a single bed - but we received a room with two single beds; the rate was the same. In addition to the two beds, the room had a television with lots of channels, and a small table. The bathroom was very small with a toilet, sink, and shower; two towels were available and I think there was a small bottle of shampoo/shower gel.
Instead of a key, we had a code that we entered to gain access to our room.
Breakfast was available for a small charge; we skipped breakfast and ate cookies at the Admiral's Club at CDG.
The room was clean, basic, and safe. The hotel employees were fluent in English.
We would stay there again if we just needed an inexpensive place to stay for one night.
