Asia - Extra miles on hotels with Star Alliance in Singapore/Hong Kong (February)?

I am wondering if anyone knows about attractive mileage deals (double/triple miles) with Hotel in Singapore or Hong Kong in the February time frame?

Hilton has a 4x Delta miles deal, if you can use (and/or transfer) it.
I posted it for Sri Lanka but it seems to be in most Asia-Pac areas.
Look for it in your Hilton hotel's 'Special Offers' section.
