Qatar Airways Privilege Club - QR flight CGK-MUC-CGK on Business

I searched in the Qatar airways website for flight from JKT(CGK)-MUC-JKT(CGK) on business class.
The result is as follows:
Jkt-Doha with QR639 – A330-300
Doha-Munich with QR003 – A330-300
RETURN
Munich-Doha with QR004 – A330-200
Doha-Jkt with QR638 – A330-300

I read in several trip reports on QR saying that QR flight outbound from and inbound into Jakarta/Singapore is always A330-200.

I need to know if the info above that I retrieved from Qatar Airways website is accurate, honestly I would prefer to be on A330-300 than A330-200

I have never flown with Qatar airways before therefore I would appreciate any expert advice from the QR fans out there. Thanks!

There is no difference between the 200 and 300 series except for a couple rows more seats in coach than the 200.

In Business Class, service and comfort is the same.

Thanks Guy for the info about the 330-300 and 330-200 series, but isn't it true that among the 200 series in QR fleets, they are newer and older generation of seat?
