MilesBuzz! - OMNI: The Numbers game...

Two sets of numbers related to Flyer-Talk:

*We are getting a lot of new members and are nearing the 1000 member threshold (excluding a few miscellaneous types who can't spell who I don't include.) That's great. I'm telling my friends about F-T and they're telling their friends and so on and and so on (like the Fabarage Shampoo commercial.)

*Also: I finally checked my post count and WOW! I'm nearing 2000. (Rudi has passed 2000!)

I guess that makes up Platnium F-T members (me with some cat hair ... Rudi with some Chocolate!)

where do you see how many members there are on FlyerTalk?

CATMAN....one question....with nearing 2000 posts....did you ever get notes home from teachers for talking too much (during those elementary years)?!! Ha! Ha!

2000 posts ... that's impressive. As I am just a junior member and have not reached "elite" status on FlyerTalk, a question: is that 2000 true posts, or do you get something like "double posts?" http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif

Believe It, laxflyer--Rudi and Catman are the post King(Rudi) and Queen(Catman) of FT.
These are ACTUAL posts, no doubles, no triples, no Visa bonus posts, no MCI bonuses,
nothing but pure actual posts.

Uh... Jaws... I think Catman may prefer the designation "Crown Prince" or the like.

Marvella is the only all-out Queen aboard... (though we do have a few princesses lurking in the wings)

"Tree", I'm not budging on my call. Rudi IS King. Catman may 'prefer' something else, but when it's a 777, you gotta know it's a 777, not a DC-10.

back in 1291 we (in Switzerland) did kill all german/austrian (Habsburger) aristocrats (Catman: not Aristocats) - and I am still alive and no King for sure (just crazy).

Let's try this:

Rudi is everyone's best friend. I never believed in this royality thing! (QUEEN????

I would like to be referred to as That warm hearted Jerzee male stud! There have been cases of women fainting when seeing that pix of myself! (and intoxicated men asking for my autograph!)

TravelTooMuch: this is a honest story. I was really shy for most of my childhood. I barely said beep for years. The teachers through I was crazy. Then I finally opened up in High School thanks to my best friend Theresa and my biology teacher Barry Higgins (Who teased me so much he once challenged me to fight to pass his A.P. Biology class. I won!)

I can understand why Baobab does not want to send a picture. But JAWS! I know your reason:

A MILESTONE ON FLYERTALK: THIS IS CATMAN'S 2000TH POST!!!

They are celebrating at Catman's apartment with Pepsi and Fancy Feast for his feline friends.

And note MOST of them STAYED ON TOPIC (about 90 percent worth! Not bad, could be better according to the CatCOPS!)

But since I got in from IAD and I have to work early friday (9 people out sick!) The party's on hold so I can earn some Frequent Sleeping miles!

I will be careful about the carpal tunnel syndrome JAWS my big Texas best bud! At work I take short breaks every hour or so just to give my fingers a rest.

I feel honored to be with Rudi in this special club. I don't want to post the most, I just want to help you guys. When I get a post Like Mike Mahoney's I feel great! That's the best award of all! (Besides Rudi's Chocolates!)

Now I'll celebrate my milestone tonight at the NYC FLyerTalk Convention with NJDavid and Boomer!
