Cannot advise about the CP but did stay at the HI Express PIT recently and it was very nice...

I've stayed at both - the CP PIT is pretty much a decent HI, and it can be really hard to find at night. The HIX PIT is pretty nice, overall, although I wasn't impressed with the Plat treatment (no upgrade).

Well, I'm gonna try it. I was about to book one night at an $80 entertainment rate, but then I saw this place was going for under $50 on priceline. So instead I booked it there with a $36 bid, $48 all in.
No points, but I probably wouldn't have gotten them with the entertainment rate either.

Stayed here last night. It was okay, but definitely not one of the nicest CPs I've been at. They did give me a hard time getting a late checkout even though the hotel was empty. But for $48 I really can't complain.
