A New Jersey man will have to pay Spirit Airlines for grounding a flight after making a bomb threat at the Orlando International Airport.
Andrew Brestle was a passenger on the July tenth flight from Orlando to Atlantic City, New Jersey. The flight was first delayed because of bad weather, then because of Brestle.
According to court records, he panicked and asked to get off the plane. When told to stay put, Brestle reportedly said, "What if I had a bomb?"
The aircraft was evacuated.
