American Express Membership Rewards - Using Regus to get into Airport Lounges?

Just wondering if anyone has done this:
I know that Admirals Club and Crown Room are benefits to the card, and that you can get in to the clubs same day with a ticket on American or Delta. However, what if you're flying, say, United, in a terminal with an Admirals Club that is also a Regus Business Center.
Has anyone ever used their Amex Plat to get in to the "Regus" Admirals Club?

Don't you get a separate Regus card?

Not with the US Personal Platinum. I believe that might be a benefit of the US Business Platinum

Is it not an actual AA-operated club? If not, you likely won't get in. If you have a specific airport in mind state it and someone here likely has tried.

None in particular. Maybe Phoenix and Denver, or LAX or SAN, or wherever. My husband is a pilot for a feeder so if I'm stuck with a United/USAir ticket instead of a Delta one, I'm trying to think of a way to get into a lounge - or just for him to get in in general without any ticket at all (not when he's working - when he's trying to get home).
And there isn't a separate card. You register your Amex Business Plat and it gives you a Regus number that's associated with the card itself when they swipe it. At least that's what it said when I went to the Regus site and registered.

I have a Canadian Plat and Israeli Business Gold. With the later, I recieved a very thin cut-out Regus card and have never really found a use for it. Is there a list of lounges that double as Regus facilities? This is quite news to me.
Thanks.
I am not a Regus member, but looking at their website here is my intepretation.
1. Regus offers various types of facilities: Lounges, Meeting Rooms, Offices, Virtual Offices.
2. The membership bundled by American Express Business Platinum (and also Delta Crown Room and American Admirals Club memberships) entitles the holder only to access Regus Lounges. Use of other facilities entails additional cost. (I daresay this is where Regus expects to profit from opening their facilities to these groups.)
3. The Regus facilities located at airline clubs are typically classified as Meeting Rooms, not Regus Lounges.
Example: Delta Crown Room Club at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport offers "Meeting Rooms Only".
Conference Room Rates:
Members: $50 per hour
Non Members*: $65 per hour
NOTE: *Crown Room Club membership is not required to utilize the Crown Room Club conference rooms, however if the customer reserving the room is not a member, they will be required to purchase a $25 one-time Crown Room Club pass upon entry.
