Budget Travel - No Scotch on Easyjet (Switzerland)

Travelled to LGW from GVA on Easyjet for the first time in a long time recently & was amazed to find that they sell Jack Daniels for consumption on board but not Scotch! (They do sell Red Label as Duty Free.)

Given that the consumption of Scotch in Europe must far outweigh that of Bourbon, has anyone any idea of why this is the case? Is it the same on Easyjet UK?

(Incidentally, the Jack Daniels is described in the price list as Whisky, whereas it should of course be Whiskey.)

Is this a serious question?
The one time I flew with Easyjet, they didn't have any food for sale on a four-hour flight.
The most reasonable explanation is that they managed to find a cheap pallet of JD bottle boxes nearing their best before date.
If next week's cheap pallet happens to be Persil, they'll probably serve that instead. ;)

Better than Ryanair though least it is in a bottle rather than a sachet.

The last time I flew with Air Asia they were serving nothing but Bundaberg Rum. I had a couple of snifters and couldn't help but launch into an acapella version of John Denver's "Take Me Home," with one of the FAs accompanying me on spoons. Soon the whole cabin was joining in but there was at least one lightweight among us.

My Fellow Moderator BAMAT deleted it when she edited the post because it was not appropriate.

This thread never had anything to do with Budget Travel, and has gone downhill pretty much from the start.

There is no useful discussion here, so I am locking the discussion.
