Korean Air Skypass - Best way to stash miles from Q ticket?

I've been looking around for a relative that will be flying KE HKG-ICN-IAD roundtrip. Seems like the Skyteam partners give no miles for Q class tickets. While Skypass gives 70% mileage, is there another program I'm overlooking that will give 100%? Thanks for your help.

Not strictly true, as you can get 70% on OK+ if you prefer.
I don't think anyone will give you 100%.

See if you can book into a class like H? I had once an H class from ORD-ICN-ORD... received 100% mileage in my KE Skypass account ! I am also sure the same would be for Delta Skymiles, Co's mileage account, oe NW Worldperks... :D^

From my experience you can either book in Q and get 70% skypass miles or book in S and get 100%RDM and 150% EQM on any skyteam member. S class is usually just a little more then Q.
