The 777-300ER has AC power; the A340-600 has empower. paulrc Dec 11, 07, 12:49 am CX have serious issues with the new empower product. I flew LHR-HKG-DPS-HKG-LHR and none of the planes had inseat power. On the way back I asked the Inflight Manager who told me that they underestimated the power that the empower would take and as such if it were turned on that it would drain cockpit systems. So - safety vs. being able to work? I'm happy to watch a movie on my 15" flat screen monitor! |
