South - 6 Hours in Greensboro, NC - What to do?

Will land at Piedmont Triad International Airport around 10am, and fly back out around 6pm.

I can rent a car, and would like to have lunch and see something...

Any suggestions?

College campus: Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem.
