Frontier Airlines EarlyReturns (Pre-Alignment) - Frontier drops Vancouver...tough time in Canada?

Frontier is dropping Vancouver route from 01DEC07, 1 month earlier than planned.

Is Frontier having a tough time with flights to Canada? Calgary service was dropped already and now Vancouver?

YVR was recently dropped due to the evaluation of all routes. It will start back up in May 2008, YYC starts up in April 2008.

YVR has heavy and profitable traffic for Frontier once the Alaska cruise season opens up in May. Rather a nice counter to the decline in Mexico traffic during the summer.
