Hi,

Read a lotta reviews of restaurants and buffets and all them talk about steak, seafood, lobsters etc......which is cool. But Im looking for some good places to eat GOOD vegetarian food in vegas and dont mind spending $$ for it.

Im going to Vegas tomorrow and thought there would be a good choice (coz its Vegas) but after having researched restaurants for a couple of hours, I'm looking to my friends at this forum to provide me some recommendations.

Thanks.

Seriously, the best buffet is Spice Market. It has so much and it's not all focused around meat. It's one of the best buffets in general. I'm a vegetarian so I looked for the same thing!

Most of the top restaurants have some vegetarian options -- if you're strictly veg, a buffet might be risky (you never know how things are prepared).

Most menus can be found online.

Any updates on vegetarian dining in Vegas?

I looked at a bunch of menus for the fancier on-strip, in-resort places, and most of them didn't have any vegetarian entrees at all. The exception was Michael Mina (http://www.bellagio.com/restaurants/michael-mina.aspx) in the Bellagio, with a highly reviewed vegetarian tasting menu. Are most of these other places usually willing to make something off-menu?

We'd prefer to stay on the Strip, though I've heard Lotus of Siam is amazing (but will be closed when we're there!).

Thanks!

(Didn't know if this should go into the restaurant suggestion thread, but feel free to move it.)
