Hilton HHonors - Hilton Club NY Timeshare Mailing

Just got an invite to NY to visit a timeshare called Hilton Club. Anyone know if it is a part of Hilton vacation timeshare. Thinking about using it for an excursion to NYC. 199 for 2 nights ay NY Hilton plus 40K points or 299 for same plus a 200 theatre package.

Anyone here signed for the tour?

it's hard to find a decent hotel room in NYC for less than $300 a night, never mind this sort of package + spending for TWO NIGHTS!

My mailed solicitation offers a total of 40,000 Hhonors points if you sign up by Nov 30. Also, you have 12 months to use it and you don't have to give specific dates now. Seems like a good opportunity if you know you'll be going to NYC AND you want to subject your self to the 2 hour 'tour'.

I got a similar offer when I stayed at the NY Hilton in April, but minus the 40k points... it was $169/night for up to three nights, including weeknights.
