Directly you dont get an upgrade with amex plat - but there are ways to get better cars. what class did your parents reserve (e.g. CLMR, IDMR, SDMR or higher) and where (Airport?) The best possibility to get an upgrade from the "lower" classes is to book an automatic car. There are very few, so it will be quite probable that you'll get an upgrade. jimc_usa Apr 7, 08, 2:21 pm Make sure you check and double check and photograph the car before you leave the lot. Europcar charged me 300 Euros for damage that was not done by me. My Visa company asked for and have not got, photos of the damage and a bill of the repairs. Go elsewhere |
