Online Travel Booking and Bidding Agencies - Hotwire SLC hotels

I hope this is the right forum...never used hotwire for hotels before.

Anyone have any experience with Hotwire in SLC? I could do a 4 star downtown (it says 16% savings). Is this likely to be the Hilton, since it is the cheapest downtown hotel of that class?

I see that successful bids were made in November for two Priceline rated **** downtown SLC hotels --- the Hilton and the Monaco. The Hilton went for a $62 bid and the Monaco for a $64 bid, so the Hilton is not a sure thing I suppose.
