Budget Travel - Jazeera airways: reliability?

I am thinking of flying Jazeera Airways between DXB and BAH. Any views on their reliability , in terms of ontime performance, cancellation and safety? They claim the best ontime performance of all Gulf area airlines with 93% of flights ontime, but I would be grateful for personal views and experiences.

Is this a budget airline ?

Yes, it is an LCC, based in KWI with a secondary base in DXB, and primarily competing with Air Arabia.

I was planning on using them next summer BOM-DXB-BEY.
Will take Air Arabia if they are better.
