Hilton HHonors - One-rate Hampton Inn

I'm checking the rates at a Hampton Inn. I try my AAA rate - $89. OK, I try my goverment rate - $89. Then I try "see all rates".

Every rate they have is the same -- $89

Is this common? Absolutely no difference in any rate?

I've seen it occasionally at properties & not just Hilton ones.
