Can I transfer my AA miles into another parties HH account at the 1-2 ratio?
I see the mechanism online at aa.com, BUT it indicates in the terms it is a violation to transfer to another?
The master thread and search were not definitive.
thank you.

From the Program Ts&Cs:
The sale, barter, gift or assignment by Members of AAdvantage miles, mileage awards or other benefits is expressly prohibited. The miles redeemed through this program are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-exchangeable.
Any improper usage or misuse of AAdvantage miles shall be grounds for immediate confiscation and forfeiture of such miles, and may be grounds for the forfeiture of all miles in the Member's account and the Member's ejection from the redeemAAmiles Program and/or the AAdvantage Program, in Americans' sole discretion.
The legit way would probably be to "share" the miles by transferring them into the other parties AA account, and then they can transfer them to HH. There are added costs here.

I've had others deposit AA miles into my Hhonors account, and I have moved AA miles into another's Hhonors accounts. It has always gone very smoothly. There is no requirement that names match on the accounts.
