I had booked a round trip on Nok Air from BKK-HKT for late November returning December. Even though my on-line record shows booked flights, the flights are no longer listed on their schedule, and they are only showing flights from DMK to HKT. I sent e-mails but have received no response. Is Nok Air reliable?

Nok-Air is part owned by Thai Airways and are reliable - I fly them regularly between HKT/BKK.

It could be there has been a schedule change that hasn't been updated on the website. A quick phone call will probably help.

All domestic Nok Air flights currently operate from DMK, not BKK.

It looks like they tried some flight from BKK and then pulled the schedule.

About 30 days ago I booked the BKK-HKT-BKK flights. Last week I noticed that the BKK-HKT flight no longer showed on the schedule, then about two days ago the HKT-BKK flight disappeared from the schedule. My booking still shows the BKK-HKT-BKK for Nov 27 and Dec. 3. As post 2 suggests, I will call to see what flight I am now on. Although I do not mind flying DMK-HKT, I want to return to BKK so I may request them to refund me on the return because of have a flight out of BKK the next morning.

What really seems strange is that when I pull up my booking it still shows

Their on-line e-mail contact does not work. So I will call.

Thai has a 39% interest in Nok, and they want 51% to get better control over them.
