Assuming the ICN-SYD route is not upgraded before 20 Feb 2008, does anyone know if you get personal DVD player in Business?

As far as I know, KE offers DVD players on flights not equipped with personal entertainment system. Of course that's limited to premium classes.

Has anyone any recent experience with this flight, and if AVOD is installed by now?
When I called Korean Air and asked if it would be old or new configeration, they suggested it was likely a new configuration (at least from what they could see now).:rolleyes:

Has anyone recently flown this leg, and know if introduced AVOD. I also noticed the return flight on 7 March is already featuring B777-200. Winter season already? Does this have the new features?

We flew in mid-December and it was still the old 747 equipment with no personal video. They had DVDs, but you have to ask for them. The batteries died before we could even finish one movie and the DVDs were scratched.

Just completed this flight on Tuesday, and no AVOD. I didn't request a DVD player so I have no idea about the quality of the player or DVDs.
