Hello. Does anybody have a good link for the 25k point bonus after spending $750 in 4 months offers per the following link? Everytime I go to apply for the AMEX version it keeps saying error. Thanks!

Can you get the AA bonus miles if you already have a Delta AMEX? I know you can only receive them once for the Skymiles program no matter how many personal cards you have. It would be nice to collect that many AA miles and not have to spend much, then cancel before the fee kicks in.

I recall seeing some folks applying for both (not sure from FT or FW).

I would think MC and Amex are two different products/brands so it shouldn't be an issue to get two bonuses.

Yes you can. I had a MC first, then applied for the Amex. Plus don't forget to apply for the business MC too. Just say you're a sole proprietor with no income and you should still get approved.

It appears that this is an out of date link which "only" offers a 20K bonus. I think I recall (how's that for hedging?) that Citi no longer issues AA Visa cards.

But, if someone has actually gotten an AA Visa card recently, hopefully, they will post some info.

The VISA offer states that it is good until Dec. 31, 2007.

But you are right that 20k < 25k, so this is not good unless you want or need a VISA card.

First, what exactly is this thread "supposed" to be about? a citi DL offer, an AA offer, or an AX offer?

And have I been missing something...is there an AX AA card?!?

Um. . it's about what the title says it's about. Citi issues AMEX cards, one of which is a AA Citi Amex.

Yes, they still issue AA Visa cards.

In September I followed a link* offering 20K AA miles for getting the Citi AA Visa and spending >$250, so I applied, got the card, spent the money, and got the miles.

*(Before you write me for the link, I need to explain that the offer has since expired.)

Just tried this link which didn't work-all the card applications would come up as errors.

The applications still come up today for this link:

I don't understand why you are saying this. Note 1 on the offer at http://www.away6.citicards.com/:
1 This American Airlines AAdvantage® mileage offer is only valid for new Citi® / AAdvantage® accounts applied for by May 31, 2008, and excludes any other Citi® / AAdvantage® credit cards offered. The 25,000 AAdvantage® miles will appear as a bonus in your AAdvantage® account 8-10 weeks after you have met the purchase requirement.
