I am going to morocco at end of december for10 days and was wondering if they have any us partners or are they with air france or british airways.

They do have some codeshares with AF, but no FFP partnership as far as I can tell.
Weather varies from hot to very hot. December will likely be simply hot :D

Iberia is a partner of Safar Flyer, the Royal Air Maroc program.
However, the relationship is not symmetrical (yet).

I went for a christmas break 2 years ago - is was not particularly hot but it was very nice. Anyway - plenty of websites out there for you to check the forecast before you leave.

If you are tall, pray you dont end up on their budget airline "Atlas Blue" (IIRC). I was ticketed on Royal Air Maroc but the LGW-RAK leg was with Atlas Blue .... the worst legroom I have seen in years...a very uncomfortable trip.

Delta has (or did earlier this year) code shares on RAM. If you purchase the ticket on DL ticket stock, you can get miles.
