Air New Zealand Air Points - NZ4385 and NZ4386

Hi, does anyone know if it's possible to book NZ tickets on these SQ flights and if so where I could get them from? I asked my usual travel agents (Amex) and they can only book using the SQ flight numbers.

As with most codeshares to book the codeshare you need some other NZ flights on the same ticket.
