MilesBuzz! - Barefoot boarder refrused and refunded

ANyone have expericne trying to board barefooted or with what would appear on its face to be a virulent disease (e.g., little plastic pustules glued on in such a way as to suggest smallpox). It seems to me that the rules of carriage will let them bounce you, but they have to refund your ticket if they do not board you when you are ready willing and able. Is this the loophole we have been looking for?
