Good, bad, or otherwise? If you've used or currently use Rockbox on a video iPod, do you like it? Any problems switching back to the original software? Wondering whether to try it on my iPod but figured I would ask around first.
TIA to anyone that can share any info about this.

I used Rockbox on my 60gig video iPod many months ago, before iPod and iTunes began supporting gapless playback. I was able to play all of my music just fine, and could boot in to either Rockbox or iPod firmware at will. I never did much customization to my Rockbox environment, but there is definitely plenty to play with. At the time, I used Apple's firmware to watch videos, and Rockbox to listen to music.
Once gapless support came along, I moved over entirely to iTunes and Apple's firmware. Removing Rockbox was as simple as clicking "Restore My iPod" in iTunes.
Good luck!

I have and I've stuck with it on my 60G iPod.
Gosh, how I hate iTunes -- I'll decide on my own what music I like and want to listen to, thanks. Rockbox just lets me copy the music over like the iPod is an external HD. The selection of skins lets you make it quite pretty, too.
