Sounds like that makes 3 of us that have been completely ZEROed out. (See 10/23 update below.)

Add 2 more accounts to the count of those whose balances were zeroed on 10/20
We seem to have parallel threads here. But I have a "-1.6MM" transaction too. I assume these points will be added to the new GP+ program on Oct 27 or Oct 28.
All my hotel points were debited out (GOLD POINTS POINT TRANSFERS/SWEEPS - Batch Point Refund Transaction) as well, and then credited to my GP+ account, but my points for my hotel stay for 19-21Oct were credited on 21Oct to my GP account instead of my GP+ account.
