Are there anY treatments available in the F lounge in HK such as hair cuts/ massages etc ? If so how do you book same in advance

well that says it all - I wsould have imagined CX would have such facilities from their main hub.There was an Elemis spa (downstairs) when the Wing first opened, which also offered a variety of treatments in the F cabanas (for a fee). The spa closed after a year, presumably from a lack of business, and CX reclaimed the space as their "game" area downstairs. CX never felt the need to offer free treatments -- as BA and VS do -- and I think they were correct in this assessment. Instead CX focuses on doing some other more useful things quite well, and this has paid off with high F pax satisfaction levels.

Unfortunately not...

I recently visted the F section of the Pier. It was a very nice lounge!

Virgin's LHR Clubhouse is really the place to experience such things...
