Our first NYE in Vegas. We usually get a Le Mans suite at Paris comped.

We reserved a NYE package through our host. I called to get the confirmation number and they said we were in a "Celebrity Suite."

I asked for a description. SHe said its a 1 bedroom. The agent said its a nice room and one only given out through VIP services. I cannot find any info on the net.

Do you think this might be the Calais suite?

Any insight?

or possibly a Charlemagne suite (these are on the 31st floor; 2000 sf and one bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room and dining room for 6). I know there is also a Napoleon Suite (also on the 31st floor; 4300 sf and three bedroom)

I always thought that all the Paris suites had a "french-theme" name.

Learn something new every day. :D

I report back what it actually is. My wife is pretty excited.

Most of the big properties have room designs that are "VIP only" and you typically can't find too much concrete info on the rooms. Rest assured that if you can't find any info...it's probably pretty nice! I must say that after seeing some of multi-floor suites @ Caesars...I was in awe...and these were in the older towers so I can only imagine what they have in the Augustus.

So that's what it's called. Had a room like this during my last trip to this property. One bathroom had a shower, the other a huge jacuzzi tub - both located behind the bedroom. Wife loved the upscale toiletries. Daughter played with the tv which rises from a cabinet at the foot of the bed. Furnishings were definitely French-themed.

That's what I am hoping for!

I called and reconfirmed that it is a Celebrity Suite.

After reading this thread, I decided to look at Paris's Web site to see some photos of the suites. First, wow, that is not a great Web site. Second, wow, some of those pictures really make the rooms look outdated and depressing!
