I've never stayed in the Terrace suites at the MGM, but am contemplating it. Any reviews? Thx!

Can't comment on Terrace Suites, but I believe they generally go for approx $1000 /night.
That makes them more than the Skylofts.
And I can comment on the Skylofts - and they are out of this world.
If you haven't been to SL's before, do that instead - you will not be let down!!

I have stayed in both. The Terrace Suites were a bit dated. But the may have been re-done since my stay a couple years ago. The nice thing about the terrace is the outdoor spa and the balcony. Great party room. We had my GF`s B-day party there. Perfect for about 10 people to party.
For a couple only. Go Skylofts. Not any doubt about it. I have stayed 5-6 times now. And almost never any issues whatsoever. Its worth the money if you are going to spring for a 5 Star type room. Only thing that is close is the Salon Suite at Wynn.
