Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Wing & Pier access ?

I am arriving in HKG on JL first. I depart 3 hours latter on a J(no F on this flight) CX for mnl. Can I use the first class section or am I limited to the business section?

I could use the Wing/Pier last month when I was arriving on a CX flight in J and was continuing to SIN in Y. I am not sure what the rules are, but I would just try.
