Has the new business class been introduced to JFK-HKG? Fully? Partially?
It will be on the new 777 nonstop starting in Oct. It will be on the YVR 744 one stop if a newly configured aircraft gets scheduled on that route, and it will not be on the A346 nonstop.
The 777 nonstop is the way to ensure you will get new business class on CX.

The new Business Class for JFK-HKG will be inaugurated on November 16, 2007 for their CX841 with CX840 on November 15, 2007.
But you're more than guaranteed to have their CX888/889 effective Nov. 3, 2007 since those flights are operated by 74A.

The New J is available on 888/889 on certain days now. Glad to see that it is daily after November 3.^

It's more than likely that they'll be one of the last segments getting the all-new Long Haul products.

I will be on 889 on the 14th Nov, confirmed by CX now that it will be on the 74A. And we had seats 4DG together. Now, we chance it at 1AK :td:

I just talked to some CX reps who are doing the Cathay roadshow in San Francisco, they said all N American routes will have the new seats in J and F by April 08.
